Return and Exchange:
There is NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE unless it’s a mistake on our end. You make contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via telephone (718) 395-9220 to explain and/or discuss any issues you may be having and if it’s a mistake in our end it will be fixed immediately. If you’ve already use your purchase for an install then find an issue you’ve considered to be defective, you can receive up to 50% partial refund depending if the owner agrees or feels the issue was on bronze beauty‘s behalf.

Uncustomized Wigs: 3-5 business days
Build A Wig: 2 weeks with no color, 3 weeks with color
Pre-Order Wigs: 2 weeks with no color, 3 weeks with color

*Any order placed on a Friday will begin processing on the next business day*
We recognize all major Holliday’s and no order processing will take place on those days.
Once your order has finished processing it will be shipped and you will be emailed a tracking number. Please make sure that you provide the correct address when you’re ordering, including your apartment number. We will not be responsible for item shipped to the wrong address. We will not be responsible for any delays in shipment once your order has been shipped. For standard shipping please allow 1-3 business days after processing time. For express shipping please allow 1 business day after processing time.
