There is NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE unless it’s a mistake on our end. You make contact us via email (bronzebeautyhairco@gmail.com) or via telephone (718) 395-9220 to explain and/or discuss any issues you may be having and if it’s a mistake in our end it will be fixed immediately. If you’ve already use your purchase for an install then find an issue you’ve considered to be defective, you can receive up to 50% partial refund depending if the owner agrees or feels the issue was on bronze beauty‘s behalf.
*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges showing on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be pre-paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
